Location: Hybrid: 2 days office in Raanana, Israel, and 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Oversee a global portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring execution remains on track and issues are addressed timely.
• Manage, coach, and develop a group of Program Managers, including performance management and career growth.
• Maintain a high, consistent standard for program execution and reporting across the group.
• Own the management and continuous improvement of R&D processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to unblock issues and drive alignment.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in software or technology environments.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience leading program or project managers.
• Must be based in or able to work in Raanana, Israel, according to the hirify.global-FLEX hybrid model.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-product or cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Experience with R&D tooling such as Atlassian/JIRA, static code analysis, or build tools.
• Background in system analysis or prior experience working within an R&D organization.
• PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Industry experience in SaaS, CX, or contact center technologies.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, or enterprise-scale customer requirements.
