What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor on data collection, analysis, and reporting best practices.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify growth opportunities in engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Translate data insights into clear recommendations for game design and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and developers.
- Design and maintain automated dashboards to provide team-wide access to critical metrics.
- Utilize A/B testing to evaluate and optimize game features and mechanics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of analytical experience in gaming, tech, or data-driven industries.
- Proficiency in SQL and either R or Python.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and forecasting methods.
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive ownership of the entire data chain for the assigned game.
