What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data models using dbt to create a single source of truth.
• Partner with Product and Go-to-Market teams to provide proactive, data-driven strategic insights.
• Drive a self-service analytics culture by upskilling stakeholders in the use of Omni.
• Develop AI data agents and foundations to automate reporting and alerting for key metrics.
• Implement data quality tests and governance while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or an equivalent role.
• Expertise in SQL and dbt for deploying complex production data models.
• Strong business acumen regarding B2B SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, and PLG.
• Experience integrating GenAI tooling (e.g., Claude Code) into analytics workflows.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Must be based in Paris, France.
