Senior Analytics Engineer (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work. English is the working language.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and own complex end-to-end data models in the dbt-powered Unified Data Model.
• Clean and refactor historically messy datasets, including Salesforce data, into reliable single sources of truth.
• Partner with Product, Go-to-Market, and business teams to uncover needs and deliver proactive data-driven insights.
• Promote self-service analytics in Omni and help stakeholders build scalable solutions instead of ad hoc dashboards.
• Implement AI data agents and data foundations to automate reporting and metric alerting.
• Maintain data quality and governance practices, mentor junior engineers, and improve team processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or an equivalent role.
• Expert-level SQL and dbt experience designing, deploying, and maintaining complex production data models.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, churn, and product-led growth.
• Consultative stakeholder management skills with the ability to own initiatives from business need through delivery.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI tools such as Claude Code in analytics workflows and willingness to mentor others.
• Fluent English required for verbal and written communication.
