Analytics Engineer (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work. English is the working language.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and own complex end-to-end data models in the dbt-powered Unified Data Model.
• Refactor historically messy datasets, including Salesforce data, into clean models serving as a single source of truth.
• Partner with Product, Go-to-Market, and business teams to uncover needs and deliver proactive data-driven insights.
• Drive self-service analytics in Omni and help stakeholders build scalable solutions instead of relying on ad hoc dashboards.
• Implement AI data agents and automation for reporting and alerting on key business metrics.
• Maintain data quality and governance practices, mentor junior engineers, and improve team processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or an equivalent role.
• Expertise in SQL and dbt, including production data model design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, and product-led growth.
• Consultative stakeholder management skills and the ability to own initiatives end to end.
• Demonstrated experience using modern GenAI tools, including AI coding platforms such as Claude Code, in analytics workflows.
• Fluent English, written and verbal; ability to work from Paris with the stated hybrid schedule.
