Principal Value Consultant (Insurance)

What you will do

• Review customer financial reports and market strategies to identify business opportunities, threats, and relevant performance indicators.
• Present initial points of view to customers on opportunities, risks, and how hirify.global solutions can create business value.
• Define complex bottom-up business cases and develop ROI models aligned with customer outcomes and strategic priorities.
• Advise executive stakeholders, boards, and steering committees on value strategy and the strategic impact of hirify.global partnerships.
• Develop and scale value methodologies, consulting assets, processes, and messaging across the organization.
• Mentor Value Consultants and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve financial modeling capabilities and value best practices.

Requirements

• Several years of demonstrated leadership beyond a Senior Value Consultant role.
• Proven success developing complex business cases and ROI models that influence high-value strategic outcomes.
• Recognized expertise in the insurance industry, including market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to collaborate, persuade stakeholders, and solve complex issues across global teams.
• Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to capture and use compelling customer stories.
• Executive presence with excellent listening, documentation, presentation, coaching, and feedback skills.
