Value Strategist (Enterprise SaaS)

TL;DR
Value Strategist (Enterprise SaaS): Developing C-suite-ready value narratives, business cases, financial models, and investment justifications for strategic SailPoint deals in the APJ region with an accent on enterprise SaaS, executive engagement, and value-based sales strategy. Focus on leading discovery sessions, modeling ROI, IRR, and TCO, and translating customer business, technology, and risk insights into measurable strategic outcomes.

What you will do
- Develop C-suite-ready value narratives, business cases, and investment justifications for strategic APJ deals.
- Assess customer business objectives, technology landscapes, and risk postures to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build customer-facing Excel financial models and PowerPoint presentations.
- Lead discovery sessions and manage a portfolio of business value assessment engagements.
- Partner with sales, account stakeholders, partners, marketing, customer success, professional services, and product teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of the value strategy framework and contribute competitive insights.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in business value consulting, management consulting, investment banking, and/or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Experience buying, selling, developing, using, acquiring, or integrating enterprise SaaS solutions; identity governance or access management experience is relevant.
- Experience leading C-level discussions and presenting board-level business cases.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including ROI, IRR, and TCO, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience developing detailed Excel models, PowerPoint presentations, and creative account strategies with field sales teams.

- Korean fluency.
- Degree in finance, accounting, and/or engineering.
