VP, Consulting - Insurance

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Base salary: $250,000–$350,000 USD per year; OTE: $750,000–$1,000,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation projects in the insurance industry.
• Design consulting methodologies covering discovery, requirements, workflows, governance, and change management.
• Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define business cases, ROI models, and success KPIs.
• Translate complex business requirements into workflows and automation on the hirify.global platform.
• Architect integrations across CRM, core systems, data platforms, APIs, ETL, and AI capabilities.
• Scale consulting delivery through standards, playbooks, process frameworks, resource plans, and quality controls.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, operations transformation, or professional services.
• 4+ years in leadership roles managing large cross-functional delivery teams.
• 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong operational background with experience redesigning complex business processes.
• Experience with SaaS technologies, workflow automation, AI-enabled change, BRDs, process documentation, and best practices.
• Experience deploying CRM, ERP, EMR, RPA, or low-code platforms, with knowledge of enterprise data architectures and integration patterns.

Nice to have

• Insurance delivery transformation experience.
• Experience transforming functions across healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other industries.
• SaaS implementation leadership or solution architecture experience.
• Experience scaling a consulting or professional services function in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with AI automation, intelligent agents, process optimization frameworks, and CRM transformation platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
