Sr. HR Generalist

What you will do

• Coordinate recruiting activities for the Thailand team, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offers.
• Maintain recruiting updates, candidate tracking, and hiring process documentation.
• Improve recruiting workflows to make them more efficient, organized, and scalable.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days and create 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding plans.
• Partner with HR and IT to provide new hires with equipment, system access, and resources.
• Serve as the local HR contact for employee questions and coordinate with managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR, people operations, recruiting coordination, office operations, or a related function.
• Experience in a startup or fast-growth environment and ability to work across multiple geographies.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience partnering with employees, managers, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
