Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Malaysia

Location: Hybrid, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; requires working 2–3 days per week at the Kuala Lumpur office

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for roles in Malaysia and occasionally support recruiting projects across Southeast Asia.
• Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders to define business needs, talent requirements, and recruitment strategies.
• Source, network with, interview, evaluate, and close qualified candidates.
• Recruit software sales professionals and other revenue-generating talent.
• Manage requisition workloads, interview and offer processes, salary recommendations, and negotiations.
• Build employee referral partnerships, strengthen employer brand awareness, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including passive candidate sourcing, interviewing, closing, process management, and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience recruiting software sales professionals and other revenue-generating roles.
• Consultative talent acquisition expertise and the ability to independently guide recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with local labor and employment law, plus the ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, organization, prioritization, and communication.
• Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Startup experience and the ability to scale recruitment practices in a fast-growing company.
• Experience with Workday Recruiter.
