Lead, Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define workforce plans, hiring needs, and recruitment priorities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for technician, professional, and management roles.
• Build talent pipelines through recruitment agencies, universities, job portals, and other external sources.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate selection decisions, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare expatriate employment pass applications, renewals, and immigration documentation.
• Maintain recruitment records, manage offer administration and IRB stamp duty submissions, generate hiring reports, and support audits and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, operations, and management personnel across the full hiring lifecycle.
• Familiarity with expatriate employment pass applications, renewals, immigration processes, labor regulations, and employment compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment and high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, immigration requirements, and recruitment compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
