Growth Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Ship a dated H2 growth roadmap covering referral and affiliate programs, rewards, mission center, save flows, win-back journeys, gold round-ups, gifting, and remittance experiments.
• Write specifications, sequence releases, coordinate engineering, manage QA handoffs, and prepare release notes while communicating schedule changes in advance.
• Prioritize initiatives against an eight-state user state machine and connect each release to a target transition and growth loop.
• Partner with the Growth Analyst to define success targets, guardrails, kill thresholds, and read dates before launch, then act on independent post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate growth-relevant releases across Cards, Earning, Lending, Network, and Markets pods without direct authority.
• Build user segmentation and journey experimentation processes with Mixpanel while overseeing lifecycle mechanics until a dedicated owner is hired.

Requirements

• Experience shipping growth mechanics for a consumer fintech, crypto platform, marketplace, or high-volume consumer application.
• Hands-on experience with referral programs, incentives, onboarding flows, retention journeys, or similar consumer growth features.
• Experience managing roadmaps with interdependent releases and fixed external deadlines.
• Ability to use funnel data to identify the most important user transition and define measurable success criteria.
• Experience working with an independent analytics function and coordinating delivery across teams without direct authority.
• Ability to anticipate gaming and abuse in payout-based referral, affiliate, and gifting mechanics.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging-market products or Islamic-finance contexts.
• Experience with gifting, gold, remittance corridors, or Shariah-reviewed features.
