What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for cash management and digital transaction banking solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and business case development to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Lead the development of next-gen capabilities including API-based services, virtual accounts, and wallet-linked solutions.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and sales teams to deliver scalable, client-centric solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to keep the product portfolio differentiated.
• Track KPIs covering revenue, utilization, and client acquisition to optimize pricing and product design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, transaction banking, treasury, or Fintech.
• Deep understanding of cash management (payments, collections, liquidity) and digital products (APIs, virtual accounts).
• Familiarity with local and international banking regulations and KYC standards.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
