What you will do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for cash management and digital transaction banking solutions.
- Drive innovation across payments, collections, liquidity management, account services, APIs, e-wallets, virtual accounts, and ecosystem-led digital propositions.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and business case development through design, launch, commercialization, adoption tracking, and optimization.
- Lead the development of scalable API-based services, wallet-linked solutions, digital integrations, and embedded transaction banking capabilities.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, implementation, compliance, legal, sales, service, and marketing teams as the business owner for product execution.
- Track revenue, client acquisition, utilization, retention, profitability, and operational KPIs to improve portfolio performance and digital adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Typically 5+ years of experience in product management, transaction banking, treasury, or fintech.
- Deep knowledge of cash management, including payments, collections, liquidity management, account services, host-to-host connectivity, and reporting solutions.
- Experience with APIs, wallets, virtual accounts, embedded banking, platform solutions, or other digitally enabled transaction banking products.
- Familiarity with local and international banking regulations, KYC standards, and internal risk frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and strategic problem-solving skills.
