Senior Growth Product Manager - User Activation (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own exchange active-user metrics and define user activation growth strategies.
• Plan and iterate consumer-facing growth features, including task systems, check-ins, reward stores, and trading incentives.
• Plan and operate trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events, and other user campaigns.
• Build campaign platforms and reusable campaign frameworks from 0 to 1.
• Optimize activation conversion and retention through funnel analysis, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Coordinate design, engineering, data, and compliance teams while monitoring competitors and industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internet product or growth roles, including at least 2 years at a crypto exchange or Web3 platform.
• Proven ownership of activation and retention metrics, with measurable DAU/MAU growth or retention improvements.
• Strong consumer product design skills and 0-to-1 experience with task systems, gamification, or viral growth features.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale campaigns.
• Experience with licensed or regulated platforms, including KYC tiering, geo-restrictions, and compliance-driven product trade-offs.
• Strong data literacy, SQL and BI proficiency, and experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments.

Nice to have

• Campaign product experience at large super apps such as Taobao or Alipay.
• Experience at top-tier exchanges, including hirify.global, OKX, or Binance.
• Experience building referral or affiliate growth systems.
• Understanding of derivatives user behavior and multi-region operations across SEA, LATAM, or Europe.
