Software Enabling and Optimization Engineer (FPGA)

What you will do

• Guide customers and field teams in implementing and optimizing FPGA designs for video connectivity.
• Support high-speed serial interface solutions using DisplayPort, MIPI, HDMI, and related video protocols.
• Define and execute resolution strategies for complex customer issues, coordinating communication across internal teams and customers.
• Create technical documentation, example designs, and user guides for hirify.global video solutions.
• Validate and improve the out-of-box experience by verifying video IP design examples and hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and roadmaps.

Requirements

• BSEE, MSEE, or equivalent education with at least 5 years of experience in digital design and FPGA development.
• Experience with high-speed serial interfaces, especially DisplayPort, MIPI, HDMI, or related video systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to drive complex technical issues to resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• VHDL/Verilog, design verification, timing closure, simulation, Yocto, ROS, system design, and board or hardware debugging experience are advantageous.
