Nurse Practitioner (Longevity Medicine)

Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the U.S.; active California NP license required. Visa sponsorship and relocation support to the United States are available for eligible candidates.

What you will do

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care through a longevity and functional medicine model.
• Prescribe and manage targeted therapies, including hormones, peptides, compounded medications, and off-label treatments.
• Apply root-cause and systems-based approaches to improve long-term health outcomes.
• Review diagnostics and laboratory results to guide therapy selection.
• Document patient encounters accurately and compliantly.

Requirements

• Active California Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Additional multi-state licensure, including Florida, New York, or Texas, is highly preferred.
• Experience in functional medicine, longevity medicine, integrative care, endocrinology, or metabolic health.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and state-specific NP practice requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Telehealth experience and comfort working in a fast-moving, technology-enabled startup are preferred.
