Location: Remote within the United States; currently operating in CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, and WI. Applicants must be licensed to practice in one or more states.

What you will do

• Conduct telemedicine patient intake and follow-up consultations to evaluate KAP eligibility.
• Prescribe and monitor treatment outcomes, including prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate.
• Recommend treatment-plan changes based on medication response and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with network psychotherapists, care coordinators, the Lead Clinician, and the leadership team.
• Provide prompt feedback on the care-management system to improve clinical services.

Requirements

• Active license to practice in one or more currently operating US states is required.
• DEA registration.
• Comfort prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate.
• Experience or comfort prescribing for anxiety and depression.
• Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information into effective, evidence-based recommendations.
• Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced telehealth environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and its potential to transform mental healthcare.
• Familiarity with Slack, G Suite, Zoom, or similar collaboration tools.
