Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Sleep Medicine

Location: 100% remote within the United States; active New York State medical license required

What you will do

• Conduct telehealth consultations to evaluate and diagnose sleep disorders, primarily obstructive sleep apnea.
• Review and interpret home sleep apnea tests and related diagnostic studies.
• Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans, including PAP therapy, oral appliances, and pharmacological options.
• Collaborate with patient support and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient care accurately in a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Board certification in Sleep Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license.
• At least one year of experience diagnosing and managing sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, via telemedicine.
• Comfort using telehealth technology to deliver patient care.
• Availability for at least 16 hours per week on a consistent schedule, including possible evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
