Registered Dietitian (Longevity)

Location: Remote-based with occasional in-person work at the San Mateo clinic

Salary: $40–$60 per hour

What you will do

• Collaborate with clinicians to develop personalized care plans using evaluations, diagnostic test results, intake forms, and member data.
• Provide nutritional counseling and support sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes for physical and mental well-being.
• Set realistic action steps, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Integrate wearables and other technology into data-driven nutrition counseling, including dietary supplement recommendations.
• Conduct virtual visits, maintain member communication through email and the digital platform, and explain findings clearly.
• Document goals and outcomes, create custom progress reports, and provide resources through the electronic medical record system.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of health coaching experience or experience coaching at least 50 clients.
• Registered Dietitian qualification or New York State Certification as Dietitian-Nutritionist.
• Expertise in applying nutrition and food plans to aging, wellness, and longevity.
• Strong time management and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to electronic medical record and other digital platforms.
• Ability to work occasionally from the San Mateo clinic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Training or experience in functional nutrition or functional medicine.
• Additional health coaching certifications such as IFM or IIN.
• Experience using continuous glucose monitors for dietetics counseling with non-diabetic individuals.
• Experience working with Product and Design professionals on reports and member tools.
• Experience in dietetics program evaluation and monitoring.
