Endocrinologist – Virtual | Full-Time and Flexible PRN (AI-Supported Telehealth)

Location: 100% virtual; work from anywhere in the US. Active, unrestricted medical license required in the states where patients are located; Minnesota, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut preferred. IMLC preferred.

Salary: $330,000 annually, plus bonus structure.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations and follow-up visits for adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and other endocrine conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using patient history, laboratory results, and diagnostic data.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing, prescribe medications, and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients and coordinate care with primary care providers and other members of the healthcare team.
• Use AI-enabled clinical and administrative tools while retaining full responsibility for diagnoses, treatment decisions, documentation, and patient care.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship and board certification in Endocrinology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state or states where patients are located.
• DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Comfort providing care through telehealth technology and using AI-supported clinical tools independently.
