Senior Hardware Test Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Develop and implement test plans for hardware components and systems against design specifications and performance standards.
• Create and oversee manufacturing tests and develop efficient production test setups.
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment to evaluate electronic systems, components, and materials.
• Analyze test results, identify defects and quality issues, and collaborate with engineering teams on solutions.
• Lead the development of automated test systems and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Document procedures and results while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware testing across product testing and manufacturing testing environments.
• Knowledge of hardware design principles and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test automation and test framework development.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
