PC Planner II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan and control high-complexity, multi-line manufacturing schedules based on business demand, manufacturing constraints, and material availability.
• Own tool configuration and slotting, including NPMA approval and allocation.
• Design efficient manufacturing lines and improve responsiveness, inventory, workload balance, and line KPIs such as OTD, EOP, CT, and SOE.
• Support manufacturing capacity fulfillment and manage training-period allocation.
• Plan field support activities, determine required manufacturing capacity, coordinate with Product Support, and manage retrofit projects.
• Plan home tools support, R&D activities, and option build cycles while serving as a key contact for R&D teams.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden technical capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
• No supervisory responsibility, but informal guidance to new team members is expected.
• Travel of approximately 10% is required; the role is not relocation eligible.
