Supply Chain Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Liberty, Missouri; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $49,200–$64,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage inventory planning and control to balance product availability, service levels, cost, and inventory investment.
• Analyze demand patterns and forecast inputs, then adjust supply plans to improve inventory accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate replenishment, production, and shipment plans to support timely product flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to resolve constraints and support customer fulfillment.
• Monitor performance metrics, investigate inventory and shipping discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate inventory risks, operational insights, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite in Liberty, Missouri.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with spreadsheets, ERP systems, supply chain tools, and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage excess and obsolete inventory and maintain accurate operational records.

• Experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply planning tools and systems.
