Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Denver, CO preferred; remote candidates accepted in select US locations.

Compensation: $150,000–$185,000 per year, depending on experience, plus company equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own a meaningful product or platform area end to end, including customer design experiences, designer tooling, the iOS app, or backend services.
• Define the behavior of AI-backed features, evaluate output quality, and iterate based on customer impact.
• Build across the 3D and Studio stack, TypeScript graph, PHP monolith, and internal agent platform.
• Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and LLM tooling to support engineering work while critically reviewing and owning shipped output.
• Improve platform quality and reliability and become the primary owner for a specific area.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack fundamentals across web, mobile, APIs, services, and databases.
• Production ownership of meaningful parts of a product or system.
• Practical use of AI tools as part of the engineering workflow with accountability for the resulting work.
• Ability to ramp quickly and work effectively with ambiguity and unfamiliar code.
• Experience with relevant technologies including React/TypeScript, PHP, Node/TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, AWS, Terraform, and Docker.
• Current US work authorization for full-time employment.

Nice to have

• Native iOS development with Swift.
• 3D, graphics, or visualization experience.
• Experience building AI- or ML-backed product features.
• Ecommerce or marketplace experience.
