Area Customer Experience Specialist Non-NMLS - Polaris OH

Location: Columbus, OH; office-based role requiring travel between local branch locations

What you will do

• Provide coverage across branch banking operations, including customer transactions and account servicing.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers on banking products, services, and online, mobile, and ATM technology.
• Support branch colleagues and deliver consistent customer experiences across multiple locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and adaptability for working at different branch locations throughout the week.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Huntington does not sponsor immigration benefits or work authorization for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, or business lending.
• Notary licensing.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
