Client Experience Associate (Banking)

What you will do

• Deliver customer interactions that support financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Process banking transactions and educate customers about available financial interaction options.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and position hirify.global products using technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while following risk, fraud prevention, and operational policies.
• Support proactive service-to-sales conversations and ensure accurate daily teller and branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, and customer service practices.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, leverage technology, and manage risk.
• Must work in the Radnor branch; visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
