Chief of Staff (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with 4 days per week in the SF Mission District office

hirify.global builds open-source and commercial data infrastructure for multimodal AI, including video, lidar, radar, and sensor data used by Physical AI labs, autonomous vehicle programs, and GPU cloud providers.

What you will do

• Own the operating cadence, including planning, company goals, metrics, board materials, investor materials, and written decisions.
• Lead customer, partner, and GPU cloud conversations with the CEO and carry discussions through to concrete outcomes.
• Build sales, marketing, or other go-to-market systems before dedicated functional leaders are hired.
• Own contracts and the legal path, working with outside counsel and guiding deals through procurement and security reviews.
• Drive ambiguous cross-functional initiatives such as pricing, partner programs, and initial go-to-market hiring.
• Hand off mature functions or build teams to lead them as the company grows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of high-ownership experience in Chief of Staff, business operations, strategy and operations, early go-to-market, consulting, banking, or venture capital followed by an operating role.
• Broad operating experience across planning, metrics, contracts, vendors, and hiring.
• Ability to read an MSA, work with outside counsel, and contribute effectively to customer and partner calls.
• Strong writing and analytical thinking, with the ability to turn vague problems into clear recommendations.
• Technical literacy sufficient to understand and explain AI infrastructure without writing code.
• Availability to work in person in the San Francisco office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in data infrastructure, developer tools, AI infrastructure, or the GPU cloud ecosystem.
• Exposure to autonomous vehicles, robotics, or ADAS.
• Experience commercializing open-source technology, developer marketing, launches, or events.
• Experience with enterprise procurement, security reviews, or a Series A or B fundraising process.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field.
