Director, Owned and Operated (O&O) Expansion

Location: Remote position; travel typically required about three days per week, three weeks per month, although some months may require no travel.

Salary: $201,600–$224,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess newly acquired home care businesses, including financial performance, organizational structure, market dynamics, workflows, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute stabilization and transition plans that protect revenue and maintain business continuity.
• Lead organizational integration, staffing decisions, retention planning, and leadership development across acquired businesses.
• Drive adoption of operating procedures, systems, reporting, and performance management practices across sales and care delivery.
• Coordinate client, Care Pro, and system migrations with Product, Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and Implementation partners.
• Create repeatable tools, playbooks, operating mechanisms, and transition frameworks to scale future integrations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading operational teams, business units, or multifunctional initiatives with accountability for business performance.
• Experience leading organizational change, operational transformations, integrations, or business turnarounds.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues, prioritizing opportunities, and measuring results.
• Experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders and executing in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structured, repeatable playbooks.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, multi-site operations, M&A integration, or other service-based industries is advantageous.
