Area Manager - ICQA

Location: ATL2 - Atlanta, GA - 4950 Mason Road; onsite distribution center environment

What you will do

• Oversee ICQA operations, including cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, and site projects.
• Ensure consistent use of SOPs, KPI tracking, corrective actions, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Review operational data to identify trends, high-risk areas, performance drift, and workload planning needs.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop ICQA Leads and Associates.
• Support CAPA execution, audit responses, inventory escalations, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience with warehouse management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and data-entry skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, maintain accuracy, work independently, and handle pressure and high workloads.
• Ability to transport up to 20 lbs. and use relevant material-handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Ability to work in a distribution center with varying heights, temperatures, and consistent moderate noise, including occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Degree in engineering, operations, supply chain/logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process-improvement methods.
