Sr. Manager, Warehouse Operations (Global Supply Chain)

Location: United States – Nashville or Memphis area. Regular domestic and international travel to warehouses, third-party logistics sites, freight-forwarder locations, and regional hubs is required.

What you will do

• Develop the global warehouse strategy, governance framework, operating model, objectives, and standards.
• Lead warehouse network assessments, sourcing, provider selection, onboarding, transitions, and third-party logistics governance.
• Establish service-level agreements, performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and business-review processes.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, fulfillment, productivity, service levels, cost, quality, and business continuity.
• Define business requirements for warehouse management systems and lead standardization, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, influence external providers, and advise senior leadership on warehouse priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced expertise in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, warehouse processes, controls, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional warehouse operations across internal facilities and outsourced third-party logistics providers.
• Experience with warehouse network development, provider selection, contracting support, onboarding, operational governance, and global standards.
• Ability to resolve complex operational issues independently, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and lead high-impact initiatives in a global matrixed organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
