Onsite Warehouse Support Specialist

Location: Onsite at 5395 Oakley Industrial Blvd, Fairburn, GA 30213, United States. Shift: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Salary: Up to $50,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Run daily cycle counts and inventory control processes using written SOPs and fulfillment-center resources.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform physical location checks, and reconcile variances within the 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Respond to merchant inventory requests through the ticketing system within the 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate operational updates, escalate concerns, and present weekly performance reports to fulfillment-center leaders.
• Follow food safety, product quality, traceability, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management system software.
• Ability to work independently onsite without direct supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer or vendor communication, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and push or pull frequently during 8–10-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors.
