Associate Consultant, Global Delivery (Cloud Software)

What you will do

• Support project tasks and deliverables for implementations of hirify.global cloud solutions.
• Apply coding and design fundamentals under the guidance of experienced consultants and team leads.
• Develop proficiency in at least one hirify.global product, such as PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with project team members.
• Write clean, maintainable code, follow coding standards, and minimize defects.
• Track assigned work, communicate progress, and take accountability for timelines and commitments.

Requirements

• Some professional experience in software development or consulting.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming; Java is preferred.
• Strong interest in cloud technologies and enterprise software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment and communicate clearly.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, effective time management, and openness to feedback.
• Ability to use AI and data-driven insights to support innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms, web services, APIs, Agile or Scrum, Git, JIRA, or the software development lifecycle.
• Internship, academic project, coding competition, hackathon, or open-source experience.
• Basic knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Interest in progressing toward a client-facing consultant role.
