What you will do

• Conduct on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments following established processes.
• Perform walkthroughs and interviews with insured parties, adjusters, and restoration companies.
• Capture a complete inventory of total loss contents in residential or business environments.
• Complete detailed reports and administrative duties within 24 hours of inventory capture.
• Coordinate scheduling and assignment reception with the internal Scheduling team.
• Build and maintain positive customer relations with adjusters to ensure repeat use.

Requirements

• Must be based in Wisconsin or Illinois.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for daily local and overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in adverse post-loss conditions.
