What you will do
- Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for equipment technicians, manufacturing and production technicians, cleanroom operators, and maintenance technicians.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring technician roles and engage passive candidates with semiconductor or cleanroom experience.
- Screen candidates for manufacturing experience, shift flexibility, wafer-fab or assembly-and-test knowledge, and operational, compliance, and safety requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers, production leaders, and HR on headcount plans, pipeline health, hiring risks, and market conditions.
- Run bulk hiring activities such as walk-in interviews, hiring days, and recruitment drives while improving time-to-fill.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing roles in Singapore.
- Proven high-volume hiring experience in fast-delivery environments.
- Knowledge of technician-level roles in wafer fabrication, backend manufacturing, or cleanroom operations.
- Understanding of the Singapore hiring landscape, including local and foreign hiring considerations and basic MOM workforce-hiring guidelines.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, sourcing, and multitasking skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruitment metrics tracking.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting semiconductor fabs, OSATs, or equipment manufacturers.
- An established network in Singapore’s manufacturing talent pool.
- Experience organizing mass hiring events or campus hiring with ITE or polytechnics.
