Location: Singapore HQ; talent acquisition coverage includes Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

What you will do
- Lead and execute multi-country talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce plans and business growth objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
- Advise senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders on talent markets, hiring strategies, and workforce capability.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage a recruitment team of two Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines and improve recruitment governance, systems, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Use workforce analytics and market insights to improve hiring decisions and operational performance while managing external agencies and vendors.
Requirements
- In-house or RPO talent acquisition experience in complex, fast-paced, or high-growth environments.
- Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing recruiters, including performance management and workload planning.
- Experience developing and executing workforce and hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, commercial, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience with recruitment operations, governance, vendor management, process optimisation, and workforce analytics.
- Experience with recruitment technologies such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR, or similar systems.
