What you will do

• Build autonomous vehicles by fabricating components, assembling wiring harnesses, and integrating sensors, compute, and harnesses.
• Integrate AC/DC high- and low-voltage systems, structural components, coolant systems, CAN, and scripting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot test setup errors and failures.
• Document tests and inspections carefully and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Travel as needed to support internal and external testing plans.

Requirements

• Mechanical fabrication skills and machine shop experience.
• Expertise with hand and power tools and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble electromechanical systems without instructions.
• Experience making wiring harnesses through soldering, crimping, and following wiring diagrams.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written communication, documentation, problem-solving, and ability to learn new technologies.
