Account Executive - Bill Pay (Fintech)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia — hybrid. Work includes time at the office, customer visits, and working from home; office presence is expected during ramp-up or when required by the leader.

What you will do

• Prospect and acquire medium and large enterprises needing working-capital financing or modern treasury solutions.
• Structure short-term credit proposals, including revolving lines, simple loans, and factoring, around clients’ accounts receivable and accounts payable needs.
• Sell cash-management tools for supplier and payroll payments, collections, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and defend commercial and risk proposals with the analysis team before the Credit Committee.
• Cross-sell hirify.global’s corporate financial products and grow the profitability of acquired accounts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banker, or Corporate Account Executive in a financial institution or commercial-credit fintech.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate credit viability.
• Deep understanding of the cash conversion cycle, including inventory days, DSO, and DPO.
• Operational knowledge of transactional products and corporate treasury systems, especially cash management.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex financial structures to CFOs, Treasurers, and CEOs.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating work through Slack and managing corporate data rooms in Google Drive.
• Analytical skills with spreadsheets, SQL, or Python for financial and portfolio analysis.
• A good sense of humor.
