TL;DR
Account Executive (B2B Sales): Managing the full sales cycle for promotional products and corporate merchandise with an accent on converting warm leads and reactivating dormant accounts. Focus on driving consistent revenue growth through proactive pitching, upselling, and cross-selling within a high-volume book of business.
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in LATAM, South Africa, or Philippines). Must be available to work during US business hours (Monday–Friday).
Salary: $2,000 USD/month

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead conversion to order management.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and expand existing client value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage a high-volume book of business with consistent multi-channel follow-up.
- Pitch creative product solutions to clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity logging in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hard goods or SKU-based products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- C1+ English proficiency for client-facing communication.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Must be able to work in US time zones.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in promotional products or corporate gifting.
- Enterprise-level sales or presentation experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or AI tools like ChatGPT.
