Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $165,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus equity. USD salary ranges apply only to U.S.-based positions; international salaries are based on the local market.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using AI tools to identify, engage, and attract technical talent at scale.
• Apply AI across the recruiting funnel, including outreach drafting, talent-pool mapping, and identification of non-obvious candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and process updates.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Negotiate offers, close candidates, and use recruiting metrics to improve hiring decisions and processes.
• Track emerging AI recruiting tools, industry trends, and technical recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience working at a high-growth startup.
• Proven success placing top-tier technical talent.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement.
• Experience with varied Applicant Tracking Systems; Ashby is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
