Product Manager II (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: 117,900–147,400 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Own key product initiatives from opportunity discovery and roadmap definition through launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, User Experience, and business stakeholders on scalable solutions.
• Use qualitative insights, quantitative data, and experimentation to prioritize initiatives and evaluate impact.
• Champion A/B testing and iterative development to demonstrate business results and guide roadmap decisions.
• Manage data, feature, and platform dependencies while balancing short-term results with long-term strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience, including launching and scaling customer-facing, machine-learning-powered, or analytics-driven experiences.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, development workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to convert complex business and customer needs into actionable requirements for technical, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
• Technical fluency in data inputs, model evaluation, dependencies, and ongoing performance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
