What you will do

• Implement solutions for process and quality improvement opportunities across the global supply chain.
• Define material inspection methodologies and optimize supply chain and logistics processes.
• Monitor supply and demand trends and perform root cause analyses to enhance efficiency.
• Drive supplier performance improvements by establishing control standards and KPIs.
• Manage quality excursions and lead failure mode analyses to minimize operational variability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain engineering (or 3+ years with a Master's degree).
• Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and business hirify.globalligence tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier manufacturing operations and quality assurance processes.
• Must be based in China; remote work from any other country is not permitted due to legal regulations.
