TL;DR
Buyer-Xi'an (Procurement/Manufacturing): Purchasing materials, supplies, machinery, and services for semiconductor and display manufacturing facilities with an accent on supply continuity, supplier coordination, and inventory control. Focus on managing delivery schedules, resolving shipment and billing issues, executing pull-ins and push-outs against MRP demand, and negotiating purchase orders and RFQs.

What you will do
- Purchase materials, supplies, machinery, and services for manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure supply continuity by following up on orders, verifying deliveries, approving payments, and maintaining purchasing records.
- Coordinate timely shipment of parts and resolve receiving, shipment, and billing issues with suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers on demand and supply planning, including pull-ins and push-outs to meet MRP requirements.
- Drive inventory and E&Z reduction initiatives.
- Negotiate purchases and execute RFQs while balancing cost, quality, source reliability, and urgency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of related experience.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management stakeholders to resolve supply issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complex information.
