Inventory Supervisor

Location: Waco, Texas, United States; onsite in a data center environment

What you will do

• Manage daily inventory control, stock levels, shipment records, and inventory data.
• Receive incoming deliveries, scan shipments with RF units, rotate stock, and track deliveries to departments.
• Upload received shipment forms into the ERP system and maintain accurate batch and receiving records.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate inventory staff while assigning and reviewing work.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, Construction, Logistics, suppliers, and vendors to resolve inventory issues.
• Maintain safe storage and handling practices and support continuous mining operations by preventing shortages and excess stock.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles, processes, systems, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, train, and develop team members.
• Ability to work onsite in a data center environment and comply with PPE, OSHA, and internal safety requirements.
