Project Manager, Creative Operations (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States of America

Salary: $85,000–$114,000 annually, plus role-specific incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Review and prioritize creative briefs with marketing and creative leadership.
• Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, requirements, and communications across multiple teams.
• Allocate assignments to in-house designers and copywriters based on availability and priorities.
• Manage freelancer and contractor logistics, including onboarding, resources, and invoice processing.
• Improve processes and efficiencies across the marketing and creative department.
• Maintain project files, deliverables, and the internal digital asset management system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producer in a fast-moving agency or in-house creative environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end print and digital creative projects.
• Strong time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience balancing a high volume of concurrent projects and coordinating interdepartmental teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and creative AI workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Interdepartmental and global project management experience.
• Experience with Asana, Airtable, Basecamp, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
