Project Manager, Creative Operations (AI)

Base pay: $85,000–$114,000 annually

What you will do

• Review and prioritize creative briefs in collaboration with marketing and creative leadership.
• Coordinate project schedules, requirements, deadlines, checkpoints, and status communication across multiple teams.
• Allocate assignments to in-house designers and copywriters based on availability and priorities.
• Manage freelancer and contractor logistics, including onboarding, resources, and invoice processing.
• Improve creative team processes and efficiencies across the marketing department.
• Maintain job files, deliverables, and the internal digital asset management system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producer in a fast-moving agency or in-house creative environment.
• Experience managing print and digital creative projects from end to end.
• Strong time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience balancing a high volume of projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in creative AI workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Interdepartmental and global project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with Asana, Airtable, Basecamp, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
