Project Coordinator

Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Provide daily oversight of vendor activities, installation schedules, and field dispatches.
• Act as a key liaison between project management, facilities, engineering, IT, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed trackers for project deliverables, risks, and contingent workers.
• Assist with accounting tasks including invoice reconciliation and purchase order tracking.
• Support facility-related requests such as equipment placement and site access coordination.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project).
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy across complex documentation and schedules.
• Self-starter capable of driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
• Availability Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours work as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with telecommunications infrastructure, VoIP, SD-WAN, or cabling technologies.
• Previous involvement in multi-site project environments.
