Engineering Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering project schedules, priorities, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain timelines, Gantt charts, workflows, and roadmaps across multiple engineering initiatives.
• Support sprint planning, backlog organization, capacity planning, and resource tracking.
• Design and implement scalable processes for project tracking, reporting, documentation, and governance.
• Coordinate engineering leads with contract managers, sales teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to the SVP of Engineering and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, technical program management, or engineering operations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Shortcut, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong experience managing timelines, milestones, Gantt charts, and project schedules.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with engineering or technical product development teams.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, or systems engineering development cycles.
• Experience implementing process improvements in growing engineering organizations.
