FDC Delivery Lead

Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Lead operations for the North America forward-deployed creative team, managing cross-functional delivery.
• Define and implement operational standards for scoping, staffing, and executing client engagements.
• Build capacity planning and resource allocation frameworks to support concurrent projects.
• Partner with sales to structure paid trials, defining success criteria and timelines.
• Manage handoffs between pre-sales delivery and post-sales implementation with comprehensive documentation.
• Provide senior oversight on complex, high-priority client engagements.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with creative and production workflows.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to build consistent, scalable processes for high-volume pre-sales and support functions.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with client creative, production, and technical leadership.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Redwood City, CA.
