Senior Manager, Financial Reporting (Fintech): Overseeing consolidated financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions with an accent on IFRS, financial controls, and multi-currency consolidation. Focus on improving close-cycle efficiency, implementing accounting standards, automating reporting dashboards, and supporting board and investor reporting.

What you will do
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across subsidiaries in multiple countries.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including trial balances, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translations.
- Coordinate external audits, regulatory filings, board submissions, and audit query resolution.
- Develop and enforce group accounting policies and lead implementation of new IFRS standards.
- Drive automation and standardization across reporting, reconciliations, ERP processes, and financial close cycles.
- Lead and mentor the financial reporting team while supporting the CFO, board, investors, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and rating agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualification required.
- 10–12 years of experience in financial reporting, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs, and multi-jurisdictional consolidation.
- Proficiency with ERP and reporting tools, including NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
