Location: Must be based in the United States
What you will do
- Own tax compliance across all group entities, including PFIC reporting and multi-jurisdictional filings.
- Manage intercompany loan agreements, transfer pricing documentation, and reconciliations.
- Oversee crypto treasury compliance, including wallet and exchange reconciliations.
- Act as the primary finance owner for statutory and regulatory compliance across the group.
- Manage payroll and AP processes across all entities, ensuring local regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external accounting firms and outsourced providers.
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification with 6+ years of experience in Big 4 Audit or Consulting.
- 2+ years of specific experience with PFIC rules and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of international tax and intercompany loan structures.
- Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions in a high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to oversee payroll and accounts payable functions.
- Comfortable managing external accounting firms and outsourced providers.
Nice to have
- Exposure to crypto or digital asset treasury management.
- Experience with Campfire software.
