Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; willingness to travel for customer meetings and onsite trial support as needed.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own technical and operational execution of enterprise trials from kickoff through the customer’s final decision, including environment setup and configuration.
• Gather and scope requirements with technical and legal operations stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training so customer teams can meaningfully evaluate the product.
• Identify, triage, and escalate trial issues to Product or Engineering.
• Manage trial timelines, success criteria, risks, and stakeholder accountability.
• Connect Sales, Product, and customer teams while translating trial outcomes into an evidence-based case for closing.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines, tasks, and stakeholders.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including customer presentations and training.
• Ability to learn technical and product concepts quickly and explain them to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented, reliable follow-up and comfort working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and onsite trial support as needed.

Nice to have

• Internship or coursework involving customer-facing work, project coordination, or technical support.
• Exposure to legal, compliance, or enterprise software.
