What you will do

• Lead enterprise implementation engagements, overseeing solution design and customer onboarding initiatives.
• Translate operational objectives and program requirements into actionable, scalable implementation plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workflow design workshops to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Manage complex projects and co-development initiatives by coordinating deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Develop solution design artifacts, roadmaps, and knowledge-transfer materials to support long-term customer success.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a business, public health, or social services environment.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated consultative approach with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and data analysis skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
